Working together to make good vision possible: Starting in June 2026, Shamir will support EinDollarBrille e.V. with a “second pair of glasses” campaign across Germany and Austria.
For every second pair of glasses sold, Shamir will donate €1. This ensures that people in low-income countries have access to eye exams and affordable glasses.

How the campaign works
The concept is very simple and threefold effective:
1. Shamir donates €1
For every second pair of glasses sold, €1 goes to EinDollarBrille e.V.
2. Opticians can match donations
Many participating optical stores increase the donation amount or launch their own additional campaigns, such as a contribution for each eye exam.
3. Customers can donate
You can voluntarily amplify the impact of your second pair of glasses using the donation form.
